This Privacy Policy explains how 2Network-IT ("2Network-IT," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Jonathan & Rebecca, Ltd, collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit 2network-it.com (the "Site") or engage us for smart home integration, network infrastructure, security, or related services.

- Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, call, or email us, we collect the information you give us, which may include your name, email address, phone number, property type, services of interest, project timeline, and any project details or messages you send.
- Project and service information. If you engage us for services, we collect information necessary to design, quote, install, and support your system, such as your service address and details about your property's existing infrastructure.
- Billing and payment information. When you pay an invoice or make a payment to us online, payment card and billing details are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
- Automatically collected information. Our Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of that request. The Site does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to consultation and support requests
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and project designs
- Schedule and perform installation and service visits
- Process payments and send invoices or receipts

How We Share Information

- With payment processors (such as Stripe) to process transactions
- With our other commonly-owned businesses that share the same Stripe payment processing setup, currently AscendWise and Wardstow (all operated by Jonathan & Rebecca, Ltd), so that your Stripe customer profile and saved payment method can be recognized and reused if you transact with more than one of these businesses, rather than asking you to re-enter payment details
- With equipment manufacturers or distributors when required to fulfill, register, or warranty a product on your behalf
- With service providers who support our business operations (such as email and hosting providers), under obligations to protect your information
- When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of 2Network-IT, our clients, or others
Text Messaging
If you opt in to our text messaging program, described on our Text Messaging page, we collect your mobile number, the date and method of your consent, and the messages exchanged. We use this information only to send the messages you agreed to receive and to keep a record of your consent and any opt-out.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described above, including sharing with our commonly-owned businesses, and will not be shared with any third party except the messaging providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.
Data Retention
We retain project, service, and billing records for as long as needed to support your system, honor warranties, and meet our accounting and legal recordkeeping obligations. Contact form submissions that do not result in an engagement are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information in our care, and we rely on our third-party payment processor's PCI-compliant infrastructure for handling payment card data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to request a correction, or to ask that we delete information that we are not otherwise required to retain. Children's Privacy
