2. Consultations, Quotes, and Proposals
Information submitted through our contact form or by phone or email is used to schedule a consultation and prepare a proposal. No engagement, contract, or pricing is binding until a written quote or proposal is accepted by both parties. Pricing shown on the Site, if any, is illustrative and not an offer.
3. Services
Once a proposal is accepted, the scope, pricing, timeline, and any warranty for a specific project are governed by the written proposal or service agreement for that project, which controls over these Terms to the extent of any conflict. Equipment installed as part of the Services may carry its own manufacturer warranty, separate from any warranty we provide on our labor.
4. Payments
Invoices are payable according to the terms stated on the invoice or service agreement. Online payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By submitting a payment, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the amount due. Late payments may be subject to service suspension until the account is brought current.
5. Service Area
Our Services are offered to residential clients in North Carolina. Availability outside our standard service area is by arrangement and may include additional travel charges.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site's content, design, and materials are owned by or licensed to 2Network-IT and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print Site content for personal, non-commercial reference; you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in a written proposal or service agreement for a specific project. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2Network-IT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from Services, except as otherwise stated in a written service agreement. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in North Carolina.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
